The Project
Victory Dumaguete will soon launch its 2-storey church building that will bring together its 1400+ weekly church attendees and Victory group members in a single hub and place of corporate worship. We envision a multigenerational partnership to continue the work God has entrusted us to do in this city—to honor Him and make disciples of all nations, and to train the next generation of leaders who will change the campus and change the world.
